New Office

Moving up in the world! We just moved in to our new temporary office in beautiful downtown Portsmouth, NH until remodeling of our permanent office is finished. Undoubtedly this is one great place to be living and working. For those of you who’ve never been there it’s a quaint old New England port city with tons of restaurants, culture and entrepreneurial activity (current company included).

Here is the view from my chair out our tiny window. We don’t get to see all of the Market Square steeple, but we do get a piece of it. There are certainly far worse places we could have set up shop.

Another great week on the business front. Downloads of Beta 2.0 increase every day, with lots of user feedback. Please continue to let us know what you like, what you don’t like and features you think should be included in upcoming Rev's. As I’ve stated in the past, we developing a world class virtual appliance should not be done in a vacccumm. The user community tests our betas, reviews and provides requirements. We want our product to be completely driven by the needs of our clients.

V-Kernel Beta User Group Meeting

Thanks to everyone who participated in this morning’s conference call. Your feedback and time are very much appreciated.

At V-Kernel we’re keeping it simple - make solid, easy to use products that meet the needs of what’s really happening in the market. Our approach is to create world class virtual appliances that real people use, that help them operate and manage their businesses efficiently, simply and effectively. Since we know that we don’t know everything we want your input (Heck, we asked for it and will keep on asking!) Keep it simple – ask questions, listen, learn and apply what you’ve learned.

Keep your eyes posted for Beta 3.0 release! Faster data collection times, lower CPU usage and improved reporting.

Thanks again for all your great input and ideas.
